Who can apply for online print management?

If you are a registered business, you can apply for online access. Once we have verified your details, you are set up in our system and receive an email with your own personal login details.

The beauty of our system is that it’s easy to understand and you don’t have to be technologically minded to use it!
It combines the efficiency of web with the tangibility of print.

How does the print workflow system work?

  1. Log in. Once logged in, you gain direct entry to our online workflow system which provides you with quick access to standard quotes for straightforward items such as business cards, flyers, brochures, stationery and more. (For more complex items or any that are not currently included in the system, you can still contact us for a quote. Additional products and options are added regularly.) Note that online quotes are only valid for 90 days. If your quote expires you can simply recreate a new one or contact us.
  2. Place your order. Once you are ready to proceed with your order and have supplied print ready artwork, enter your job into our system with just one click.
  3.  Track the progress of your order, identify milestones as it travels through the production cycle and view the expected completion and delivery dates.
  4. View order history. Your account maintains an accurate history of previous quotes (for 12 months) and jobs so you can view or report on them any time.
