When you log in, everything you need is at your fingertips. A dashboard displays all of your current jobs at a glance, along with their status and expected delivery dates. The step-by-step workflow makes it easy to know where you're up to in the ordering process. See image above for an example of the home page screen.
By logging in, customers can quickly access standard quotes for a wide range of products including business cards, flyers, stationery and brochures. Find the product you want, enter other details such as stock, paper weight and quantity then receive an instate quote. To proceed with your order, just upload print-ready artwork and enter your job into our print queue with a single click.
Ordering from stock
Express Print & Mail has ample indoor, temperature- controlled warehousing to store a large variety of printed stock items. Once online ordering is set up, PrintIQ works just like an online store where customers can order pre-printed items we are holding in stock.
Simply log in, select the item/s required and the quantity of each item, then follow the checkout process for freight and transport information.
Print on demand
Regular print jobs are added into the online system for efficient repeat ordering. The sophisticated system means our print team obtains all the important details including stock type, stock weight and special instructions.
A photo and description of each product is displayed on the screen, making it easy to select the items you wish to order. A quote is displayed immediately and purchase orders can be added.
Maintain brand control and improve turnaround times with Express Print & Mail’s editable templates. We can upload artwork les and convert them into templates for easy editing by authorised users. Select areas of the template that remain static (such as company logos) and areas for editing.
Users can easily add new images or new text – no design experience necessary! When you’re done, files can be downloaded in PDF format for other marketing purposes.
